Katia is from Ryazan, Russia and she has been playing competitive tennis since 6 years old. She has been a strong competitor in both Russian and Canadian junior tennis.
  • Certified Tennis Canada Club Professional 1
  • Captain of the varsity tennis team at York University (also on Athletic Student Council and Student-Athlete Advisory Committee)
  • 1st in Halton region for high school tennis in 2018 and 2019
  • Competed in OFSAA in 2018 and 2019
  • MVP tennis player at her high school in 2017, 2018, and 2019

During the time at Joshua Creek Tennis club, she has evolved quickly under the guidance of our senior teaching staff and is now a highly recognized member of our team. Katia is very popular with all of her students and takes great pride in seeing her students develop as tennis players.
